Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are
This Privacy Policy explains how slotrave-casino.com (the “Website”, “we”, “us”) collects, stores, uses and shares personal data. The Website is available in several languages and is read in many countries, so we apply the standard set by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the “GDPR”) to every visitor, regardless of where they live. Where the law of your own country gives you stronger rights, those rights also apply.
The Website is an independent information and affiliate publication about the Slotrave gaming platform. We are not a gambling operator: we do not open player accounts, hold funds, take deposits or bets, process payments or verify players’ identities. Those activities are carried out only by the operator of the Slotrave platform, a separate company that handles any data you give it under its own privacy policy. For any question about this Policy, write to support@slotrave.com.
2. The Data We Collect
We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the Website, and we collect it fairly, directly from you or your device:
- Technical and browsing data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, language settings, screen resolution, the page that referred you, the pages you view and the date and time of your visit.
- Information stored through cookies and similar technologies such as localStorage, as described in our Cookie Policy.
- Information you choose to send us by email — your email address, your name if you give it and the content of your message.
We do not collect special categories of data, financial details or identity documents, and you never need an account on this Website. You can read it without identifying yourself.
3. Why We Use It and on What Basis
We process personal data only for clear purposes, on the legal bases set out in Article 6(1) GDPR:
- running and securing the Website, including preventing abusive or fraudulent traffic — legitimate interests;
- replying to messages you send us — legitimate interests and, where relevant, steps taken before entering into a contract;
- aggregated, non-identifying statistics about how the Website is used, only if you accept the relevant cookies — consent, which you can withdraw at any time;
- complying with legal obligations that apply to us — legal obligation.
We do not sell personal data, we do not send marketing emails and we do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects for you.
4. Cookies
The Website uses a small number of cookies and localStorage entries. Where the information collected this way could identify you — for example, an IP address combined with browsing activity — we treat it as personal data under this Policy. Full details of what we set, why and for how long, and how to accept, reject or delete cookies, are in our Cookie Policy.
5. Sharing and International Transfers
We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties for their own marketing. We may share limited technical data with service providers who host, maintain or analyse the Website, acting on our instructions under a contract, and we may disclose data to public authorities where the law requires it.
Because the Website is international, some of our providers store data outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we rely on an adequacy decision or on appropriate safeguards such as the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, supplemented by additional technical measures where needed. You can ask us which safeguards apply.
6. How Long We Keep It
We keep personal data only as long as it is needed for the purposes above, unless the law requires longer. As a guide: technical and browsing data is kept for up to 12 months; email correspondence is kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and a reasonable period afterwards; cookie and localStorage data is kept for the periods listed in the Cookie Policy. After that, data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised.
7. Security and Data Breaches
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure, including TLS encryption of connections to the Website, restricted access to the correspondence we keep, data minimisation and reliable hosting.
If a personal data breach is likely to create a risk to people’s rights and freedoms, we will notify the competent supervisory authority, where feasible within 72 hours of becoming aware of it, and will inform the people affected without undue delay where the risk to them is high.
8. Your Rights
You have the following rights, free of charge:
- access to the data we hold about you and a copy of it;
- rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- erasure of your data in the circumstances set out in law;
- restriction of processing in certain circumstances;
- data portability, where processing is based on consent or a contract;
- objection to processing based on our legitimate interests, on grounds relating to your situation;
- withdrawal of consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out beforehand.
To exercise any right, write to support@slotrave.com with enough detail for us to identify the data. We reply within one month, which may be extended by two further months for complex requests.
9. Complaints
If you believe we have mishandled your personal data, please contact us first at support@slotrave.com so that we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority of the country where you live or work, or where you believe the problem occurred.
10. Under 18s
The Website, and the gambling services described on it, are intended only for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If we learn that a minor has sent us personal data, we will delete it promptly. Parents or guardians can write to support@slotrave.com and we will act immediately.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in the law, regulatory guidance or the Website itself. The current version is always published on this page, with the date of the latest update shown above.
